We enter into a confidentiality contract with you, the Customer. This is to ensure your business details remain private.

We currently operate from 8:30AM – 6PM on Mondays to Fridays EST (excluding public holidays).

We hope as time goes on to grow the business we will cover weekends and nights as well.

We are small but we are mighty.

Virtual Customer Service Assistants’ Skills & Services:

Many of our Australian Virtual Assistants are Native English speakers
Highly professional
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Well versed in both Windows and Mac, Microsoft Office, and other various software
Experienced in phone etiquette, sales, retail, and high pressure environments
Highly skilled at ClickDesk and other similar CRMs
Can update and provide a draft and schedule your social media profiles such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn posts a month in advance
Fortnightly face to face/ Skype or FaceTime meeting with PF to discuss needs, upcoming work, etc.
Can opt out anytime by giving one month’s notice
